Quality and Environmental Policy

Leading Label Solution Sdn Bhd is a medium scale company who involves in manufacturing of labels and tags. Its objective is to provide quality labels and innovative solutions to customers as well as protecting the employees and the environment.

In order to achieve this, we shall:

Understand and meet customer expectations and requirements in order to fulfill highest customer satisfaction.

Liase and educate staff to increase awareness and knowledge on quality, environmental, occupational safety and health aspects.

Value the importance to strive for better product quality, eliminate accidents; to reduce depletion of natural resources and efficient use of electrical energy and resources, including the practicing Green Purchasing.

Commitment to prevent pollution.

Commitment to comply the relevant quality, environmental legislation and other requirements.

Commitment to continually improve the quality and environmental management systems through regular audits and management reviews. We are committed to comply with the requirement of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015.

Top management reviews the policies and objectives to ensure their continual suitability and the framework of the quality management system and environment management system. The policies, objectives, resource needs and effectiveness of the quality and environment management system are communicated and understood within the organization.

This policy shall be made available to the public upon formal request.

LLS Occupational Safety and Health Policy Statement

Leading Label Solutions Sdn. Bhd.  (LLS) has a fundamental responsibility to ensure and promote a harmonious, safe and healthy environment for all its employees. We will achieve this by ensuring:

  1. Strict compliance with all laws and regulations pertaining to Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022 (Act A1648).
  2. Strict adherence to the approved codes of practices on Occupational Safety and Health for the industry.
  3. Standards and safe working procedures and clearly defined, applied and updated.
  4. Employees are adequately trained and competent in their jobs.
  5. Factory and equipment are safe for the task.
  6. Information and Instruction on all aspect of safety and health are available to every employee.

The Management is committed to its obligation, so far as reasonable and practicable, to provide a safe and healthy workplace. We are committed to comply with the requirement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems ISO 45001: 2018.

Every employee including contract employees understand and accept that he/she is responsible for working safety to prevent injury to himself/herself and fellow employees and to protect Company’s property.
